Cancellation by the customer - is made 21 days before the agreed arrival - the hotelier is obliged to refund the deposit, and if the cancellation is made within 21 days, the customer must pay the hotelier half the total amount of the reservation .In case of early check out the customer is obligated to pay half the amount of the remaining days.
